| Dr Attila HAVAS is a Senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics, Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and regional editor of International Journal of Foresight and Innovation Policy.
His academic interests are in economics of innovation, theory and
practice of innovation policy, and technology foresight. He holds a PhD
in economics from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, 1997. In 1997-2000
he was Programme Director of TEP, the Hungarian Technology Foresight
